Coach Keddy invites all Age Group and Regional Parents to a brief talk and question/answer session on Thursday, October 13 starting at 6 PM. The meeting will be in the lobby of the Whitworth Aquatic Center. ALL PARENTS please try and attend!
Coach Serena invites all Cheney Families to attend a similar meeting on Monday, October 17 starting at 4:45 PM. The meeting will be in area in front of the locker room doors and is a great opportunity for all parents to ask questions and find out more information about our programs.
Coach Rory will be hosting a question/answer session next Wednesday, October 19 starting at 6:30 PM for all Ripples & Recreation parents. It will be in the lobby of the Whitworth Aquatic Center. Again, it's a great chance to ask some questions and find out more information.
The Waves will be hosting our 4th anual Masters Sink-or-Swim meet. on October 22nd. Come cheer on our masters group, help time, or just hang out for a weekend. If you want to race, just e-mail for more info.
USA Swimming Sport Psychologist Dr. Lenny Wiersma will be visiting the Waves on Friday, November 4 and Saturday, November 5. This is a FANTASTIC opportunity to get some insight in the mental side of swimming. Lenny has worked with the US National Team, the US Junior National Team, and a wide variety of clubs and universities throughout the United States. Don't Miss it!
