Starlight Recap

By the Numbers: 112 Best times, 10 team records, 1 hot hot weekend.  The Waves sent 39 swimmers to the Starlight Invitational in Wenatche.  We swam about as hot as the weather.  10 team records were set by a combination of Tommy Madill and Kelton Ellis.  Kelton threw down on the 11-12 boys 200 Back, and Tommy Madill managed to rewrite the 50 and 100 of every stroke (Fly, Back, Breast, Free) then put it all together in the 200 IM for his final record.  There were dozens and dozens of first time swims, and a few swimming in the 50M pool for the first time ever!  Great work waves, check out these pictures of us at warmups each day (notice the progressive tan lines / sun burns.)
