The Waves had  116 swimmers attend the Fall Kickoff, racing their way to 194 best times.  It was a fantastic meet for our team, as over 100 first time swims were raced, and we managed to qualify 5 new swimmers for our championship meet in February.  Congratulations to Djatej Dariko, Echo Mecklenburg, Eliza Rhee, Mathew Norman, and  Drew Kistler.

A huge welcome to our new Spokane Fitness coaches: Natalie Turner and Matt Ross

Natalie comes to us from Coeur d' Alene Area Swim Team, and is a 2010 graduate of Whitworth University, holding several school records (100, 200, 500, 1000, 1650 free) and Northwest Conference records (200, 500, 1650 free).  She will be assisted by Matt Ross, a 2012 graduate of Whitworth University who a conference finalist in several events.  Welcome to the team!
