| DUE TO THE LENGTH OF THE MEET, OUR TEAM LUNCH IS CANCELLED |
| Prelims on Saturday will not end until 3 PM, and there is discussion of expanding warm ups 30 minutes, so the meet will likely go until 3:30 or later. Finals Warm ups begin at 5, and finals will not end until after 7 PM. Therefore, it is not possible to reasonably plan an all team get together. We highly, highly encourage individual families to eat meals with teammates, and deeply, deeply regret the cancellation. |

| Cheney & Fitness Club practices CANCELLED Friday, all groups |
| Whitworth: Seniors, Pre-Seniors, & Champs qualifiers only (during Senior practice time). All other groups CANCELLED. |
| Cheney practice CANCELLED Monday due to President's Day holiday. |
| We'd highly encourage all Junior Champs participants to take Monday off. There will be practice for non-Junior Champs swimmers at the Fitness Club & Whitworth during normal practice time. |
| IES CHAMPS ENTRIES DUE NEXT TUESDAY |
| We have a lot of swimmers who have qualified for IES Champs; please get your entries in ASAP. Click here to enter and click here to view the qualifying times. |
| REMEMBER: If you get 1 qual time, then you get an extra "bonus" race. For example, if you get 4 qual times, you are allowed to swim in the maximum number of events for the weekend (8 individual races + relays). Pay attention at Junior Champs--we'd love to take a huge group down to Moscow!!!! |

| Shamrock Shakeup is Mar 8-10 @ Whitworth. All families must volunteer, as required in the membership agreement. Please make plans to have your swimmers swim and for you to lend a hand to make this awesome meet happen. Thanks! Click here to enter your swimmer. |
| ALSO: our Annual All Team Meeting is March 19. Our team's annual report will be given, and we will vote on new board members, by-law changes, etc. This is an essential part of our team organization, and at least 1 adult/guardian from each family must attend. |
