Summer Solstice This Weekend!  Timeline below

Hope to see you all at the meet this weekend.  Make sure your kids are drinking water, even if it’s not “hot”.  Dehydration causes many things that can lead to poor performance.  Remember Gatorade and Power Aid are really just sugar water!  Water is the best way to hydrate.

Starlight Entries Due Tonight!  (No late Entries)

Please get your entries in for the Starlight meet in Wenatchee.  There will be no late entries for that meet.  Enter Now

Officials Clinic.  Tonight!  June 18^th. 6-8PM

Teri Madill is hosting a officials clinic.  It’s a great chance to get to know the sport and help out the team. 

Waves Developmental Meet – July 17^th @ Witter

This will be a great event, an afternoon at the park with a BBQ and a chance to watch your kids get ready for Summer Champs.

Practices will be offered in the mornings at Witter pool.  Check the calendar for practice times.

Witter Pool (Mission Park):

Senior / PreSenior / Regional: M-F  8-10AM

Age-Group:  M,W, F 8-9:20AM

Ripples: M, W, F  9:20-10AM

Hagelin Park pool (Cheney outdoor):

Recreation: M, W, F  5-5:30PM

Ripples: 4-4:45 PM

Age Group & Regionals: 4-6PM

June 21 - June 23: Summer Solstice – e-mail Kevin before 9pm if you want to enter

July 12-14^th: Starlight Meet in Wenatchee.  Entries due June 19th

July 16^th-20^th: Sr. Sectionals – Gresham, OR

July 17^th: Waves Developmental meet 4-7PM @ Witter pool (Last qualifier for Champs)

July 26-28^th: IES Championships!  This is a team event in Tri-Cities.  If you can, please sign up!

July 31-Aug 5^th: Senior Zones in Clovis, CA (Details starting to come together.)

Aug 5-10: USA Swimming Junior National Championships

Aug 9-11: Age Group Regionals

Aug 8-11^th Western Zones

Aug26th – September 8^th: Waves Summer break!
