| Coaches Natalie and Andrew are heading down to Wenatchee with 23 Waves swimmers for the Starlight meet this weekend. Bring your water and sunscreen and swim fast! |
| Summer Championships July 26th-28th Tri-Cities |
| Sign-UP (Even if you can only go 1-2 days)
We would love to send as many kids as possible. If you have a legal time in either a 25Y or a 50M race, you may swim that event in the meet. Every kid counts, every race matters! 3 Years ago, we got 3rd by 1.5 points, and 2 years ago we tied for 2nd. Last year the Waves won the meet, and we need to have a lot of swimmers participating in order to repeat. We would love to send 60+ kids to the meet and have relays for every age-group. This is the best way to experience the team aspect of swimming. |

| The steam pipes are hooked up again! There will be practice as usual at Whitworth starting Wednesday afternoon, July 10th (no wetsuit required!)
This Thursday the Regional, PreSenior, and Senior workout will be over at 7:30PM. |

| Is there anyone who would like to help arrange, sort, and deliver team awards to the kids? We could really use some help. It takes a few hours per meet (1-3 per month) and is something the kids really love. Please contact [email protected]if you are interested. |

Last chance to get times for Champs or qualify for Sr. Zones! Entries are now available. Enter Here! This will be a great event - an afternoon at the park with a BBQ and a chance to watch your kids get ready for Summer Champs. Warm-ups at 4:30PM (Changed), Races start at 5PM. There will be no regular practice that afternoon. |
