Great racing last weekend in Tri-Cities, our swimmers looked strong and outswam the competition. We had many significant improvements over the course of the meet and reshaped SWAT's All Time Top 10 List, Great job team.
Keep in mind that Tri-Cities is the same facility that is hosting IES Champs July 27-29. It will be much hotter than it was this past weekend. Be Prepared.
