Great job Shootout Swimmers at the first meet of the 2019-2020 Short Course Season.
39 swimmers traveled to Moses Lake this past weekend to compete. This was an excellent chance for our swimmers to see where they are starting the season and get some racing experience under their belt.

Billing Reminder; USA Swimming Registration
This is just a reminder that the 2020 USA Swimming Registration Fee of $77 will be billed to your October Invoice. Every Swimmer registered with SWAT must be a USA Swimming Member for liability/insurance coverage.
Whitworth Aquatic Center Dedication this Friday
There will be a Dedication Ceremony this Friday to celebrate the newly renovated Whitworth Aquatic Center. The Whitworth University President, Aquatic Donors, and Athletic Directors will all be in attendance. The dedication will only take 15-20 minutes and begins at 3pm. As one of the biggest contributors to the aquatic center, we want SWAT to be visible during the ceremony to show our support and presence in the pool. Please stop by the pool to celebrate the renovations and show your appreciation. We are very fortunate to have great relationships with our University affiliates at EWU and Whitworth and want to show our support whenever possible. Of course, please wear your SWAT team shirts to highlight our presence and support for the University.
Chief’s Season Opener at the Spokane Arena
Our Centerplate Events are underway for the fall and doing well. SWAT Sold over $10,000 worth of concession items at the Bob Segar Event last week earning our members $5/hr credit back to their accounts! The next event is this Saturday for the Spokane Chiefs Season Opener.
Register Today to Get Involved and help fundraise for the team while you earn credit back to your account to help pay for dues.

All SWAT athletes, coaches, and their siblings, parents, and spouses will receive complimentary access to the Pape Machinery Giant Corn Maze and the Friendly Family Farm Funland if wearing SWAT gear!
The Beck's will have a party tent set up for SWAT families to gather in. What a fun way to spend some fun time away from the pool for our swimmers!!
