Spokane Waves Hosting the 2021 Long Course Junior Olympics this Weekend at Witter Pool (Psych Sheet, Warm-Up, Relays, Ind Events)
Junior Olympics this weekend!
Hello SWAT,
We hope everyone is ready for the 2021 Long Course Junior Olympics beginning this Friday at Witter Pool.
We will have a few more updates today and tomorrow regarding the meet so please make sure you read the incoming emails.
With 89 Swimmers entered in the meet (New Team Record!) SWAT is looking to continue our IES Championship Streak with our sixth consecutive IES 1st Place Finish. Like always this is going to be a team effort. This time not only in regard to the effort in the water from our athletes, but also as meet hosts to our incoming guest teams. Click Here for Individual Events (Note: all 10 & Under events are Timed Finals on Saturday & Sunday during Prelims).
Remember this is a Prelims/Finals Meet. Swimmers compete in the morning Prelim Session to Qualify for the Top 16, A & B Final at night.
Top 16 make Finals! Click Here for the Junior Olympic Psych Sheet
Relays:
All Relays are subject to change at the meet at the coaches’ discretion. At the past couple meets we had individuals leave the meet before the relay events were completed. Please remember that missing the relays just doesn’t affect your swimmer, it also affects three other athletes.

Relays are Timed Final Events in Prelims on Friday & Saturday (note: be sure to look at the relay list to see if your swimmer is on a Relay in Prelims)
