SWAT Finishes 2nd Place Overall at the IES Jr. Championships

SWAT battled hard with Tri Cities this past weekend for the IES Jr. Championship Overall title. SWAT’s girls team finished first place with a total of 531.5 points to TCCCs 469.5 points and the boys finished 2nd with 352 points to TCCC’s 479.

SWAT dominated the 10 and Under age groups with multiple swimmers placing in the Top 8 in many events, but it wasn’t enough to combat the 15 and over swimmers scoring at Finals.

Congratulations to Porter McNees, Darya Chumov for achieving their first ever IES Champs Qualifying Times and to the 10 & Under Girls Stella Rothstein, Kendrick McElfresh, Isabelle Salas, Emme Teske for breaking the Meet Record in the 200 Freestyle Relay!
