SWAT Raises the Bar at Sectionals & Age Group Regionals
The past two weekends SWAT competed at the Northwest Sectional and the Age Group Regional Championships in Federal Way, Wa.
Both weekends our athletes rose to the occasion and performed under pressure.
For many of our athletes this was the highest level of competition they have seen so far; swimmers handled the stress well and achieved many personal best times.

One more meet to finish the 2023-2024 Short Course Season
16 Senior Level athletes will be travelling to St. George, UT next Tuesday to compete in the Western Sr. Zone Championships.
