Hello SWAT,
Just a quick update to remind everyone of some upcoming events. We have alot going on so please make sure you add all these dates to your calendar. Follow up emails and registration reminders will be sent.
The Spring Training Schedule Begins this Week
Be prepared! The weather this time of year can be fickle. Be sure to dress appropriately.

Team Photos Tomorrow!
SWAT is very excited to re-introduce swim team pictures for the swimmers. Lifetouch Photography will be on-site at both Eastern at 4:30pm and Whitworth starting at 5:30pm. They will be taking both individual and group/team photos.
Whitworth: Training groups should attend practice according to the regular (new) Spring Schedule.
Exception: Senior Groups will be at Whitworth at 5:30pm
Eastern: Hans will reach out with specific group training instructions. Platinum will practice at EWU.
Cost:
There is not a cost to families or the team to participate in individual and team photos.

Attire:
Please wear your Spokane Waves team shirt - any color will work.

Fazzari’s Invitational Next Weekend
The first meet of the Long Course Season begins next Friday, May 17. Warm up times TBA.

Swim-A-Thon A Success!
Congratulations SWAT on surpassing this year’s Swim-A-Thon goal. We still have a couple more days to collect funds, but we have already achieved this year’s fundraising goals!
All the make-up swims have been completed and the athletes improved dramatically from last year. Great Job Swimmers! It is fun to see how resilient you are when it comes to challenging swims such as this.

Tri City Sunburn Classic Entry Registration Due Tomorrow (May 8)
Coaches need to turn in entries early for this meet. There is a 750 swimmer limit and we don’t want to get locked out of the meet.
