Fazzari’s Invitational Results

This past weekend was one of the best season openers that we have ever had! This was not an easy meet for our athletes: long days and cold weather are not conducive to performance and SWAT athletes performed admirably under less than ideal conditions.

Our 14 and Under swimmers had some phenomenal time drops. These swims reflect the work and time our athletes put into the Short Course Season and the physical and emotional development of our athletes over the past year.

For our 15 & Over Senior level swimmers who are in the middle of a heavy training cycle this was a battle to stay within 95% of their best times and to post best in-season and best unshaved/un-tapered times. Hopefully everyone appreciates how valuable a proper warm-up and warm-down is.
