October Update
The First Crimson & Black Intrasquad Meet took place this past Saturday,
It was a close one. Black won the Meet over Crimson 898-890. We’re looking forward to making this an annual event. It was an excellent ice breaker and learning opportunity for new swimmers and parents, in how to navigate a meet, read a heat sheet, and volunteer training in the positions needed to host an event.We hope everyoone had fun.
Beck’s Harvest House Festival
Thank you, Beck family for hosting SWAT. We hope everyone had a good time and the swimmers were able to blow off some steam outside of the pool.
Senior Swimmers Begin AM Practices This Wednesday
Whitworth Senior swimmers begin their first am practice Wednesday, October 2 from 5:45-7am at the North Fitness Center. Practices are Mondays and Wednesdays October through November and are open to 15 and Over Swimmers. Contact your coach when you have questions about morning practices.

Reminder: There are service requirements for all swimmers entered in the meet. Everyone is needed to host a successful event.

No Practice for All Ripples, Wave Riders, Bronze, Silver and Gold Swimmers on Halloween.
