Each December, in celebration of the new year, swimmers from Heat practice groups 4, 5 HSI, HSII, and National Team swim 50x50s or 100x100s. (For our non-swimmer friends, that equates to a total of 2,500 yards for the 50x50s or a total of 10,000 yards for the 100x100s!)
