Meet Schedule

For all current/returning swimmers:

Registration for the 2024-2025 Short Course Season, Winter Sections opens at 9:00am on Tuesday, November 12th for Residents and at 9:00am on Monday, November18th for Non-Residents and Expanded Residency (Riverwoods, Bannockburn, Highland Park, etc.) NOTE:  Post (Championship) Season registratios will open in up in Feburary. 

Please Note: Winter Activity Numbers begin with "262" Short Course is divided into two, registration sessions mostly to accomediate IHSA Swimming Seasons. Championship Season will have a seperate registration announced in Feburary for all qualilfiers. 

Potential New Swimmers must tryout first, and will not be able to register until this is complete. Please visit the New Swimmer section of the website.

• WINTER: 12/2/2024-2/23/2025 for Developmental Levels: Minnows, Chinook, & Sharks
• WINTER: 12/2/2024-2/23/2025 for Age Group Levels: White, Blue, Red, Black & Pre-Senior
• WINTER: 11/11/2024 - 2/23/2025 for Senior Levels: Bronze, Silver & Gold (Boys are in IHSA Season)

• USA SWIMMING REGISTRATION PROCESS: Required in order to be a member of COHO if in the Developmental Program, Age Group Program, or Senior Program. 2025 REGISTRATION GUIDE. If you completed this in the fall, you are good until next fall, 2025. 
  • The only option to pay will be online through USA Swimming. Once you have registered for COHO we will email you the link to pay the USA Swimming Membership fee.

• ALL SWIMMERS: DFPD WebTrac Registration link (Reminder that Winter sections all start with 262 for the activity numbers.)

If you have trouble with your DFPD online account, contact the registration office at 847-945-0650 or [email protected]. Please do not contact the COHO office for issues with your DFPD Webtrac account, we do not have access to fix issues with this system.   

COHO WEBTRAC REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Any household that is currently in COHO or has signed up for a park district program or pass membership already has a Webtrac account – it is automatically created as soon as someone signs up for something. 

If you don’t know your login info, visit this link: https://register.deerfieldparks.org/wbwsc/webtrac.wsc/forgotten.html?option=Password and enter your email address, and if it matches, the system will email your account into so you can reset your password. If no matching email address is found, contact the registration office at 847-945-0650 or [email protected].  

REGISTRATION LINK: Fall COHO Numbers start with 162, Winter COHO Numbers start with 262, Spring COHO numbers start with 362, Summer COHO Numbers start with 462.

(this is a permanent link that will work for future seasons as well) 

Click on the green + symbol next to the appropriate activity/section (each group is an Activity code, with different Levels as Sections).  

On the next screen, select which child is enrolling into that section with a checkmark, and click Continue. If you have multiple children in the same section, check each of them here. 

Review and accept the Liability Waiver on the next screen and click Continue. 

On the shopping cart screen, either click “Proceed to Checkout” or “Continue Shopping” if you want to register another child for a different group/level.

Pay by Visa/MC/Discover/Amex. You will receive an email receipt (PDF attachment) after the payment has been successfully processed. 

COHO REGISTRATION FEES EXPLANATION:

• Deerfield Park District Program fee: This is paid every season through the park district online registration system. This goes directly to DFPD and is used to cover operating costs of COHO such as salaries, pool rental, education and training, etc.
• COHO fees: These fees will be collected during your DFPD registration. The current fee is $25.00 per session. 
• USA Swimming/Illinois Swimming Membership fee: This is an annual fee. The amount is the same no matter what time of year you pay it. Since COHO is a USA/IL Swimming chartered club, all our swimmers, coaches, and officials are required to register with both organizations. This fee can only be paid online through USA Swimming.
