Position Details
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in competitive swimming; experience with open water swimming is preferred
- Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
- Successful clearance of a background check
- Commitment to working all Saturdays and Sundays of a given session. See our schedule here
- Experience working with toddlers, children, or young teens. Swim instruction is preferred
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work with all people regardless of lived experience
Compensation:
- $20.00/hr
- Opportunity to teach private lessons for bonus pay
- Comped entry into M3A Lifeguard Training courses or opportunity to test out for recertification
- Paid in-service trainings
