Tuck Ups 2 sets 10 each set
Pike Ups 2 sets 10 each set
Leg Ups 2 sets 10 each set
Pike Overs 2 sets 10 each set
20 Knee Ups (Hurdles) each leg
20 Toe Raises both feet
10 Toe Raises one foot then alternating to other foot
3 Bridges Ups hold for 5 secs
3 Tree Poses hold for 10 secs
Foot Stretches
If you have room in your home
Headstands against the wall when possible no hands
Headstands against the wall try to take feet off and balance
Cartwheels in both directions
Walkovers Front and Back
