3. Registration Policy: Fees, Pro-Rate, Cancellation, & Refunds
When you enroll your student in group classes, you are reserving a slot for your child that is in high demand. By reserving this spot, you are agreeing to pay for your reserved spot independent of your child's attendance. It is your responsibility to make sure vacations, appointments and other activities do not interfere with the classes for which you have enrolled. The M3A Swim School does not offer make-up classes or refunds for classes missed.
Your class registration fees are used to cover pool rental, the instructors' salaries, operating expenses, equipment, website and other administrative fees. Selection of your student's class and payment preference commits you to payment of the indicated fee via your personal account within the M3A team website. Payment in full is due at the time of registration and must be paid prior to the start of the class.
Fees: As of September 1, 2025
Group Lesson Fees: $275 per session (8 classes); $150 per session (4 classes)
Parent Tot Class Fees: $150 per session (4 classes)
Private & Semi-Private Lessons: $200 for the 4-pack; $400 for the 8-pack (no expiration date)
Methods of Payment:
- Electronic payments are the only payment methods accepted by M3A Swim School.
- Electronic payments include credit cards and/or debit cards.
- Checks and cash are not accepted.
- You are responsible for making sure your form of payment remains current.
Pro-Rating of class fees is only done under the following circumstances:

If lessons are cancelled by the Swim School

If the student starts the session late and with Swim School Director's approval

If the student changes classes during the session

Special circumstances arise approved by the Swim School Director
Cancellation: Due to the short 4-week format of each session, the Swim School does not offer make-up classes. However, we realize life happens and conflicts arise.
Should you need to cancel your lesson for any reason:
- Contact the Swim School Director 48 hours in advance of your scheduled lesson
- If there is space in another time slot, we may be able to accommodate your student at a different time for that day, though this is not guaranteed
- We cannot guarantee instructor consistency when changes are made.
Refunds are given for classes under these circumstances:

Lesson are cancelled by the Swim School

You withdraw from a class for medical reasons

Special circumstances arise which may include, but are not limited to: moving, family crisis, etc.

Refunds must be approved by the Swim School Director directly.
We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule (including cancellations) due to emergencies, weather, maintenance/repairs, and other related instances. In such an event, we will contact you by email and will do everything in our power to accommodate you at another time and day if such a change should be necessary. If no such accommodation is possible, we will refund you for the missed lesson(s).
