4. Promotional Materials Waiver

I grant M3A Swim School my permission to use the photographs or short videos periodically taken during swim lessons for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, web content, and social media. I agree that my student’s likeness or comments or the likeness or comments of any member of my family may be used by M3A Swim School in its promotional and marketing materials in any form. Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use. If you do not consent to your child appearing in photographs, videos, promotional or marketing materials, please contact the Swim School Director at [email protected].
