Registration Process for NEW Swimmers:

*All new swimmers must complete a tryout with our coaches prior to registering their swimmer. Please see "New Swimmer Tryouts" link for more information on tryouts

 

• Choose “Team Registration” on the home page or click the link at the bottom of this page.

• Choose Membership Type and payment at the bottom of the registration page

  •  You have the choice of:
    • Senior Full Team - High School swimmers​
    • Age Group - Annual membership (beginning age 5) for all returning swimmers 

• Complete registration and pay associated fees at checkout Additional Information:

  1. Required information will be noted in the registration. 
    • ​Swimmer information, parent/guardian information, several waivers, payment options etc.
  2. Please read and agree to all agreements within the registration 
  3. Provide payment for Club Fees. Once you submit, you will receive a confirmation email.
    1. ​Once approved by the club administrator, you will receive an email with how to log into the website.
  4. You must provide a Birth Certificate per the INDIANA SWIMMING LSC rules.  Please submit these ELECTRONICALLY as able to the membership coordinator
  5. New Swimmers will utilize the Direct link at the end of registration to register with USA Swimming (Red portion below) 
    1. ​USA Swimming Fee is $88.75 (yearly) unless you meet the qualifications for outreach support ($5)

You will be required to become a memeber of USA SWIMMING!  To do that you will have to follow the rules below and sign up at the team link provided in the REGISTRATION PAGE

  • Every member of USA Swimming (parents of minor athletes, adult athletes, coaches, officials, and others)
    • will need to create a "Ping" account with USA Swimming.  
  • Parents of new minor athletes, adult athletes, coaches, officials and others will register 
    • directly with USA Swimming through their "Ping" account for their annual membership (in this case for the 2024 registration year). 
    • A person can have one "Ping" account with multiple memberships (parent registering several minor children and as an official, parent registering a minor child and as a coach for example).  No paper forms, no batch files, etc.     
    • **You will receive the CLUB SPECIFIC LINK DURING REGISTRATION WITH DUNELAND SWIM CLUB TO COMPLETE THIS PORTION** 

Club Communication 

  • Our club sends out pertinent information via email once the season has begun. Please be sure the email address you provide is one which is checked by you on a regular basis.
  • Our club is also utilizing REMIND communication as well for information that needs immediate attention (ie weather, pool closings, change in practice times etc) Once registered you will be provided with the link to connect.
