Registration Process for Returning Duneland Swimmers:

 

  • Sign In to your team account.
  • Choose “Start Registration” at the bottom of this page or on the home page.
  • Choose method of payment at the bottom of that page
    • ​You have the choice of:
      • Senior Full Team- High School Swimmers
      • ​Age Group - Annual membership and for all returning swimmers 
  • ​Complete registration and pay associated fees at checkout

 

Additional Information:

  • Required information will be noted in the registration. 
  • Please read and agree to all agreements within the registration. - pay special attention to and read each of the required documents!
  • Annually you are required to renew your USA Swimming membership - typically occurs at fall registration and you register directly through USA Swimming. This season the club has determined to streamline this process and you will pay your USA Swimming fees directly through registration and the Duneland Swim Club will conduct a bulk renewal to ensure all athletes are registered on time. You must be a USA Swimming member to swim with the Duneland Swim Club.
    • If you need to remit documents to Duneland Swim Club tPlease submit these ELECTRONICALLY as able to the membership coordinator.

 

  • Every member of USA Swimming (parents of minor athletes, adult athletes, coaches, officials, and others)
    • will need to create a "Ping" account with USA Swimming. 
  • Parents of minor athletes, adult athletes, coaches, officials and others:
    • If you qualify for Outreach financial Support - please reach out directly to the membership coordinator for help
    • A person can have one "Ping" account with multiple memberships (parent registering several minor children and as an official, parent registering a minor child and as a coach for example).  No paper forms, no batch files, etc.     

Club Communication 

  • Our club sends out pertinent information via email once the season has begun. Please be sure the email  address you provide is one which is checked by you on a regular basis.
  • Our club is also utilizing SMS communication via the REMIND app for information that needs immediate attention (ie weather, pool closings, change in practice times, meet information, etc)- you will be provided information on that as we approve membershipsas well
