DCST National Results (Day 3) On Day 3 at the YMCA National Championships, DCST had a decent day. Out of DCST’s 10 individual swims, 6 were lifetime best times. Out of DCST’s 11 individual swims, 10 were lifetime best times; and both of DCST’s relay made finals with some huge time drops. DCST National Results (Day 1) Day 1 of the National Championships only consisted of one event, the 1500 Freestyle; but this event was a great one for DCST. In an extremely exciting race, Emily Launer had an outstanding swim while earning a 2 nd place finish.
