CIA Swim Meets

CIA Fall Mixer: Usually held the last weekend in October and structured as mixed male/female races for both individual and relay events. To be held Oct 29 and 30 this year at the Wellmark YMCA in downtown Des Moines, Iowa. 

CIA Winter Blues Buster: Usually held the last weekend in January. Currently scheduled for January 27 to 29, 2023.

CIA Beat the Heat: Usually held the last weekend in June and typically held at the Wellmark YMCA Pool (eight-lane, 50-meter indoor pool) in downtown Des Moines, Iowa.
