CIA Fall Mixer

2023 Central Iowa Aquatics Fall Mixer
Saturday, October 21 - Sunday, October 22
Location: Wellmark YMCA, downtown Des Moines, IA. 

We will be hosting our annual Fall Mixer this year at the Wellmark YMCA in downtown Des Moines, Iowa. 

We will be swimming all events (individual and relays) as mixed boys and girls, seeded by time.

The meet will be operated using both the North and South pools concurrently. 12&Under events will swim in the South Pool while 13&Over events will swim in the North Pool. Therefore, the meet format will include one combined session on Saturday afternoon and one combined session on Sunday morning.
