- Starting October 20th, 2025: practice at the brand new Capozzoli Athletic Center - McCabe Natatorium
- This will be the practice schedule moving forward the rest of the 2025-2026 swim season (except during winter season, see below)
- Winter Schedule Starting December 1st, 2025: practice times slightly adjusted as the Worcester Academy school swim teams are in season
