Program Information

  • This program is offered two or three mornings per week at our local partner pools, mainly Radnor High School and The Haverford School.  More information about the pools, such as directions and parking, can be found HERE.

  • A RAC coach will provide a written practice each day.  This is swim at your own pace.  You can do as much or as little of the workout as you prefer.  Lanes will be divided by ability level.  For example, lanes 3 & 4 will have the more advanced swimmers, while outside lanes will be reserved for more beginner swimmers.  The coach will guide you throughout the practice if there are questions about stroke technique, equipment or practice terminology.

  • Recommended practice equipment: swim suit, towel, goggles, swim cap, pull buoy, kick board, fins, paddles and a water bottle.  We recommend Toad Hollow or SwimOutlet for equipment.  The locker rooms are available after practice but everyone must exit the buildings prior to school starting.

Registration is for the entire current session, versus per practice.  We look forward to seeing you on deck!
