Once the fall season has begun, RAC will not issue any swimmer a refund. The only exception to this policy is a medical situation that results in a swimmer missing 4 weeks of practice or more. In such a case, a doctor’s note is required and must be submitted within 2 weeks of the occurrence that resulted in the swimmers absence from practice.

Registration fees are not refundable under any circumstances.  Evaluation fees are non-refundable and can only be credited against group registration season dues.
