Training equipment 

Training equipment is required for all groups.  Swimmers are expected to have all equipment (either selected items or equivalent) at all practices.​  A mesh training bag is recommended for all groups.

  • Blue/Blue High School Group: Short fins*, snorkel**, kickboard, paddles and buoy.

  • Bronze/Bronze High School Group: Short fins*, snorkel**, kickboard, Finis Alignment Kickboard, paddles and buoy.

  • Red Group: Long or Short Fins*, Kickboard, Snorkel**

  • White Group: Long Fins*, Junior Kickboard

  • Development Groups (Piranha, Barracuda, Sharks): Long Fins*, Junior Kickboard
