Communication

Email:

This is the preferred method of communication. You can email the coaches with any questions you may have pertaining to the team. Please allow some time to respond as the coaches may or may not be available right away to get you your answer. However, they do want to answer all of your questions so please be patient.

In addition, you may find any NLAC board member's email address through the contact's link on our site.

If you are unsure who to contact with your question or concern, click here to go to the contact form.  Submit your questions here, and they'll be routed to the appropriate person.

We don't expect you to know all there is to know about guiding your child through the sport of competitive swimming. We are here to help you through the process.

Team Website

We are working to make our website more informative for all NLAC families and prospective families. Please get into the habit of checking our site regularly for your various NLAC needs. You can always find most of the information you will need on our site such as practice and meet schedules, team news and updates, important dates and deadlines, meet and volunteer sign-ups, billing information, and much, much more.

In Person Meeting

We realize that sometimes you will want to speak with someone in person to have your questions answered or address your concerns. We will be available to accommodate you in this regard. If you would ever like to speak with a coach in person, the best thing to do is email a request and set up a time to do this, either before or after a practice. You could also do this same thing with other NLAC coaches or board members. Setting up a time in advance will ensure that the person will be available to hear what you have to say.

When Not to Contact

Please do not address any concern or ask any question to an NLAC coach on the pool deck during practice. First and foremost, parents are not permitted on the pool deck during practice as per the USA Swimming Insurance Regulations. All parents who wish to watch practice must do so from the balcony seating above the competition pool. Secondly, if a coach is answering a parent's question during practice, it takes their attention away from the swimmers in the pool. Please be mindful of this.
