Lyndsey Nedrow
Assistant Coach
In my third season with Lancaster Aquatic Club as an Assistant Swim Coach, I am excited to continue to work with the Novice and Age Group swimmers. My goal is to help new swimmers build confidence, learn strong fundamentals, and feel supported as they grow. Swimming is an exceptional vehicle for personal development, and I’m passionate about helping young swimmers grow not just in the pool but as individuals, and I’m proud to help them begin that journey. As a past swimmer myself, I am thrilled to pass on the lessons it taught me.
