Happy Thanksgiving to our UMLY Family!!! We have so many reasons to be thankful.

UMLY's team spirit was at an all-time high during today's combined boys-girls dual meet against WCAY. Way to go Washington team!

Age Group 2 brought in the holiday spirit with a cupcake social and donations to the Chester County Food Bank. Way to go UMLY! Thanks to Age Group Parent Reps Tammy Hui and Tina Laczko for organizing.

UMLY's Washington Boys Team kicked off the Penn-Del YMCA Swim League season with our first dual meet against PAY. Special thanks to parent Neal Cuevas for taking photos of our swimmers! Age Group 1 enjoyed the crisp autumn air and some bonding with a hayride and bonfire last night! Coach Jamie also joined in the fun. Many thanks to Age Group Parent Reps Beth Roussakis, Siobhan Hummel, and Adrienne Cooper for organizing this fun and festive event.

UMLY is so thankful for the friendships and family we find on this team. Special thanks to Age Group Parent Reps Katie Galef and Emily Denney for organizing this special event for the Senior 1 and Senior 2 groups.

USA Swimming announced the list of 2022-2023 Scholastic All-America recipients. The list includes five current or recently graduated UMLY swimmers. To qualify, the swimmers must have maintained a minimum 3.5 grade point average ("GPA") and have achieved a 2022 Winter Junior National qualifying time from September 1, 2022 - August 31, 2023. USA Swimming announced the top 200 clubs recognized as Gold, Silver, or Bronze medal clubs in the 2023-2024 Club Excellence Program. The Program annually recognizes the highest-performing clubs in developing athletes aged 18 years and younger. Congratulations to UMLY for being recognized as a Bronze medal club! Age Group 3 and Minis had a spooktacular time celebrating Halloween today, as did the Coaches. Hoping our UMLY Family has a safe and Happy Halloween!
