WCAC REGISTRATION POLICY

For safety and insurance purposes, athletes not registered with WCAC may not attend practices until they have completed the online registration process. Completing this registration includes electronically signing waivers and making a first monthly payment.

Financial assistance is available.  Please contact the WCAC President at [email protected] to discuss payment options and set up registration.  

Attendance will be taken at each practice. The coaches will be recording practices using the Team Unify mobile app.  

Additionally, all swimmers are required to participate in at least 2 Suburban Aquatic League (SAL) Dual Meets prior to December 31, 2021.  If they do not fulfill this requirement, they will not be allowed to train with the team starting in January 2024. It is a SAL League requirement that swimmers must participate in 2 Dual Meets in order to participate in the championship meets that begin in January.
