WCAC REGISTRATION POLICY
For safety and insurance purposes, athletes not registered with WCAC may not attend practices until they have completed the online registration process. Completing this registration includes electronically signing waivers and making a first monthly payment.
Attendance will be taken at each practice. The coaches will be recording practices using the Team Unify mobile app.
Additionally, all swimmers are required to participate in at least 2 Suburban Aquatic League (SAL) Dual Meets prior to December 31 of each registration year. If they do not fulfill this requirement, they will not be allowed to train with the team starting in January of the following year. It is a SAL League requirement that swimmers must participate in 2 Dual Meets in order to participate in the championship meets that begin in January.
WCAC FINANCIAL POLICIES
Payment is due at the time of registration. Programs may offer deferred payment schedules that can be selected at the time of registration.
Due to our use of school district property, members who do not reside within the Wissahickon School District may be charged an annual out-of-district fee. Please contact the Head Coach for each program or WCAC Treasurer at [email protected] for more information.
