Team Resignation Process
If a swimmer resigns from the team at any time, written notification must be provided to the Clippers Team Administrator via email ([email protected]).
Any swimmer who resigns from the team after October 31st of the applicable season will be charged an early termination fee of one month’s swim team fees. Partial months will not be prorated. A review of Swim Team Fees and SportsEngine Balances will made to determine any balances owed or refunds due.
All practice groups are 9-month or 11-month programs, whether paying for the season in full or on a monthly basis. Refunds will not be issued due to travel during summer months when the swimmer plans to return the following season. Should a swimmer become injured and physically unable to practice, please notify the Team Administrator and the group's Lead Coach, and a refund amount will be determined.
