FUTURE LIFEGUARD IN-TRAINING

 

The StarGuard Junior Lifeguard Programs offers an introduction to basic aquatic lifesaving and first aid. The program provides the guidance, challenges, and activities to youth between the ages of 10-15 who are interested in furthering their experience in lifeguarding. Your child will build a foundations of knowledge and skills to become future lifeguard, all while making new friends and fun memories to last a lifetime. StarGuard Junior Lifeguard  will introduce participants to all the components of becoming a future lifeguard :

  • Emergency Response
  • Basic Water Rescues
  • CPR/AED Fundamentals
  • First Aid Fundamentals
  • Communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills

 

  Cost: $180 / session  

Requirements: 

  • Must be 10-15 years old
  • Complete Pre-Course Tryout-
    • Swim 25 Yards non-stop
    • Tread Water for 30 seconds
    • Retrieve Weighted Object from the bottom of the pool
