Compensation: commensurate with experience and availability Lakers Aquatic Club, located in St. Clair Shores, is searching for an Assistant Coach. Qualified candidates would work with the head coach to develop swimmers in a positive and challenging environment. We are looking for a candidate that offers technical knowledge of the sport of swimming as well as the ability to motivate athletes. Prior Coaching and/or competitive swimming experience, and all USA Swimming and coaching certifications required. If only Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid certified, candidate would be expected to complete all other USA swimming requirements prior to hire. While all certified candidates will be considered, we are especially looking for candidates who can work Monday through Friday, plus meets for a 46-week season.
