MISCA, in cooperation with MHSAA, asks that all schools use the following criteria when organizing their teams and meet entries:
- Use the correct MHSAA team abbreviation
- Team Name:
- Full team name should be your school's official name (EX: Bloomfield Hills High School)
- Short team name should be easy to understand. Mascots should not be used. (EX: Bloomfield Hills)
- Do not use Boys/Girls in your team name
- Do not use a year in your name
- All athletes must have first name, last name, gender, and grade as a number (9, 10, 11, 12).
- Enter your state meet division (D1, D2, D3) into the LSC box of the team maintenance page
