2. How do I contact a coach?
The best way to speak to your child's coach is via e-mail. The e-mail addresses for each coach can be found on our website under the coaches tab. If more is needed after an e-mail, your child's coach will be happy to set up a time to discuss something in person or over the phone.

The summer Long Course season is swum from mid-April to early August and is held both in short course pools and long course pools, outside and inside. The summer Long Course championship meets (MCAs, MRCs and the State meet) are held in Long Course pools.
