Coaching Fees will be determined by participants' participation in each meet. The minimum fee will be $25 per participant, which covers coaching time and travel expenses.

Regional Travel Meet Surcharge

Most of the club can participate and compete in a regional travel meet, which requires hotel accommodations and car travel. Families who commit to participating in regional travel meets will be responsible for the full cost of the coach or coaches. A surcharge will be applied to each athlete's meet dues. The surcharge will be clearly stated on each event page before the event/meet.
An example of a meet where a "Regional Travel Meet Fee" will be applied would be the Futures Championship Meet in Madison, WI, the Des Moines meets, or other meets in Iowa, etc.

Long Distance Travel Meet Surcharge

Long-distance meets are easily defined as trips requiring air travel and hotel accommodations. Long-distance travel meets generally have one accompanying coach. The participating athletes will share the cost of the coach. The price of the meet and the number of athletes attending will determine the surcharge to offset coach fees (flight, hotel, rental car or other transportation while at the meet, food and coaching costs to coach the meet). The surcharge will be communicated to participating families before any travel meet.
