E-Mail

Most important team information will be distributed via e-mail through the team web site. Announcements such as meet information, volunteer sign-up, and special events will be sent to all verified e-mail accounts of active team members. It is important to keep your email information current on the team site.

Mailboxes/ File boxes

• There are two file boxes, which are stored in the office under the staff mail boxes, that will be brought out before each practice. There is a folder inside for each family on the team. We will place various pieces of information, meet results and ribbons in these folders. It is the responsibility of the swimmer to get the material from these folders.
• The front file folders, of the file box will have copies of all handouts as well as general participant information. If you do not have a copy of something that has been handed out there should be extras in this folder.

Newsletters

We will try to put together a monthly newsletter with information for upcoming events and practice times. These will be distributed via email and posted on the website.
