A nice example of breaststroke pull out and turn. Watch her head closely, it is down when she wants to stay underwater, and she looks up when she wants to come to the surface.

Freestyle & Backstroke
Jimmy Shea is a U.S. Marine stationed in Japan. He's not a professional swimmer, but he obviously has done some competitive swimming. He has good strokes, demonstrates what he's talking about, has some good things to say. Gee, he says a lot of the same stuff as your coaches (we don't just make this stuff up).

Freestyle Flip Turn
