Beginner 1

This is a 50 minute class for anyone who has had very little to no gymnastics experience. The Beginner class teaches the basic foundation work. 

The focus will be on learning proper body positions, safety, forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands on the floor. On the bars the focus will be front support, cast concepts and tuck swings. There will also be basic beam and vault work also. 

Class Structure:

Class Structure: Gymnasts will be spend the first 10 mins stretching and have 3 rotation changes. Event Rotations will include a combination of the following: Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, that will change each week.
