Intermediate

Our Intermediate class is 2 hours long and meets 2 times a week. This group will work on more advanced skills. We will also start working on combining skills. 

Class Structure: We will spend the 20 mins warming up and stretching. Gymnast will have 3 thirty min rotation changes. Event Rotations will include a combination of the following: Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, that will change each week.

Focus:
Floor – Front Walkovers, Back Handsprings
Bars – Kips, Clear Hip Circles, Baby Giants
Beam – Back Walkovers on low beam, dismounts, jump mounts
Vault – Handspring with spot
