Beginner 2

Beginner 2 is an extension of our Beginner 1 class. Gymnasts will continue working on the same skills, while also learning to build skills off of them. Passing Beginner 1 is necessary before starting the Beginner 2 class.

Class Structure: Gymnasts will be spend the first 10 mins stretching and have 3 rotation changes. Event Rotations will include a combination of the following: Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, that will change each week.

Focus: Floor – Cartwheels, back extensions
Bars: Spotted pullovers, casting, pike swings - Progressions on Beam and Vault
