ROCHESTER DIVING CLUB         

Rochester Diving Club is a part of the Rochester Swim Club (RSC). RSC is a nonprofit club that offers diving for both beginners and advanced divers. The coaching staff is dedicated, experienced, and AAU/USA Diving certified.

  • Practice is offered five (5) days per week
  • Registration is offered based on how many practices your diver will practice each week, 2-5 days, there are no requirements
  • Attendance will be taken at each practice to track the practices attended each week
  • All practices are held at the Rochester Recreation Center (21 Elton Hills Drive NW - Rochester, MN). The facility has two 1 Meter and two 3 Meter diving boards. The 3 Meter boards are located on their own tower
  • It is a requirement for all female divers to wear a one piece swimsuit
 2023-2024 Season: 
  • Registration will be ongoing, no sessions. 
  • There is a monthly fee
  • Once registered, your credit card on file will be billed on the 1st of each month.  Times may vary in the summer months.

Billing:

If your diver wants to take a break, just email [email protected] 10 days prior to the 1st of the month.  We will pause the billing.  When your athlete is ready to come back, email us at [email protected] and we will resume the billing for you.  

You can change your diving status at anytime as well via email (adding/dropping days).

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED ITEMS:

  1. USA Diving Insurance completed (needs to be completed once per year) - Register HERE
  2. You MUST select Rochester Swim Club Orcas as your Club Membership
  3. Required to be completed before any diver can participate in practice
  4. ALL DIVERS must at least register for Athlete for $40 (additional fee required)
  5. We will see your divers name added to the roster for USA Diving once you complete & pay for the registration

 

Rochester Diving Club - Lessons  NEW THIS SPRING!

Dates:  Tuesday & Thursday  April 9 - May 23

Time:  4:00pm-5:30pm

Cost:  $120

Location:  Rochester Century High School Pool (2525 Viola Road NE)

This is for NEW divers only, not athletes currently in our program.

Ages 7-17; must be able to swim well in deep water unassisted.

Time:  9:30am-10:30am

Location:  Rochester Golf & Country Club  

Cost:  $150

Learn the basics of diving and have fun in the sun!  This is for new and current divers. 

Ages 7-17; must be able to swim well in deep water unassisted.

Dates:  Monday through Friday  July 8th-12th and 22nd-26th (No class week of July 15th-19th due to National Diving Meets)

Time:  9:30am-10:30am

Adult Diving:

New for the 2023-2024 Season we will offer Adult Diving Sunday evenings 5:00PM-6:00PM.

A one time RSC registration fee of $15 will be added to each registration payable each year (September-August)
