PRIVATE LESSON INFORMATION

We offer year round private and semi-private lessons at the Rec Center Warm Water Pool. All private lessons are scheduled on our new website https://rochesteraquatics.captyn.com/ there are no limits to how many or few lessons you can schedule.
 

We accommodate these groups: 

• Parent/Tot Water Safety for 6 - 36 month swimmers
• School-Aged Swim Lessons for swimmers 3 - 17 years old
• Adult Swim Lessons for anyone over the age of 18 - taught by an adult instructor
• Adaptive Swim Lessons for any person with special needs at any age - taught by specific instructors

All lessons are instructor led, therefore no parents will need to be in the water with the swimmer, *unless your swimmer is under 36 months*. Parents can view the lesson from the windows in the hallway and at a friendly distance when we are outdoors in the summer.
