Summer 2023 Beginning Diving Camps

• Must have basic swimming skills and comfortable in the deep water.  Must be ages 7-18years old.

Camps Offered: 

• June 12 - 23

• June 26 - July 14 (no camp July 3-7)

• July 31 - August 11

Time: 9:30am - 10:30am

Days: Monday - Friday

Available to: anyone ages 8-17, maximum of 12 divers allowed
(must be comfortable jumping off the board and swimming to the edge with no assistance)

Location: Rochester Golf & Country Club pool

Cost: $125 per diver

​The following is REQUIRED prior to attending Diving Camp. If you have not completed this step, your swimmer will not be allowed to participate:

1. USA Diving Insurance completed (needs to be completed once per year) - Register HERE
2. You MUST select Rochester Swim Club Orcas as your Club Membership
3. Required to be completed before any diver can participate in practice
4. ALL DIVERS must at least register for Athlete for $40 (additional fee required)
5. We will see your divers name added to the roster for USA Diving once you complete & pay for the registration
