I have been coaching with STAR since 2003, Head coach for the stroker group and assisting with age group Jr and Senior groups.

In 2022 I started as Head Coach for the Age group.

Prior to coaching at STAR, I swam for Johnson High School, St. Paul swim club that became STAR.

I coached for 12 years at the Northeast YMCA in White Bear Lake, and White Bear High School girls swim team from 1998-2001 while working For Northwest airlines.

My goal as a coach is to help swimmers grow in the sport to the level that they desire to be at either to swim in high school, college or just to swim to stay in shape and be with friends.

I believe that swimming is an excellent way to help kids excel in life whether it is in the pool or whatever they choose to do!

Head Strokers Group Coach

I have been swimming with STAR since 2013 and coaching the Strokers group since 2019. I also swam for Roseville Area High School and Minnesota Swim Club at the University of Minnesota.

I aim to create a fun and welcoming environment for the Strokers group that focuses on participation, fundamental skill work, and small attainable challenges. Ultimately, I hope the athletes foster a love for swimming that stays with them through middle school, high school, and beyond.
