Instructions for 2025 Registering with USA Swimming

2025 -2026 Registration begins on September 1, 2025.

All existing 2025 members who are Premium Athletes, Flex Athletes and ALL Non-Athlete members can renew their memberships for 2025-2026 beginning September 1, 2025.

2025 -2026 Registrations

Your club will decide on 1 of 2 new options for renewing your membership. They will inform you of the option they selected.

 1. Bulk Renewal – if your club opts in for Bulk Renewal, you will pay your club directly for your USA Swimming Membership and the club will renew your membership.

 2. One Button Renewal – if your club opts out for Bulk Renewal, you will be able to register yourself (or your family members) directly from your SWIMS Dashboard instead of using OMR.

Bulk Renewal is only for those that registered in 2025 season.  All new members will use the OMR link to register and create a log in.

Remember, if you were ever a member of USA Swimming, in any capacity, you are a renewing rember.  You MUST have your USA Swimming ID BEFORE you create a New Login Account. Email the Metro Office for help obtaining your ID number.  [email protected]

The Metro Office will provide the registration link for unattached members. 

The LSC portion of a club's registration fee will be paid to USA Swimming.  (This is a change from prior years.)  Metro will still invoices clubs for the Scholarships.  The Scholarship fees are $25.00 for the Joe Stetz Scholarship and $25.00 for Len Galluzzi Scholarship.
