6 Metro Teams have been recognized in the 2023-2024 USA Swimming Club Excellence Program. Long Island Aquatic Club was recognized as a Gold Medal Club, as well as a Podium Club having achieved Gold Medal Club status for the past 4 years. USA Swimming has announced the rosters for the 2023 National Select Camp. The Camp will be held on October 12-15 (Boys) and October 26-29 (Girls) at the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO.
